Terms of service
Last updated: October 8, 2026
These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Bull and Ranch website and to orders placed for delivery in the United States or Canada. By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
The store
Bull and Ranch sells handcrafted leather goods. Product photographs and descriptions are meant to be accurate. Leather is a natural material, so grain, tone, and patina can vary slightly from the images on the site.
Orders
When you place an order, you offer to buy the products in your cart. We accept that offer when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if pricing or product information was posted in error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for that order.
You agree that the details you enter at checkout, including your name, address, and contact information, are accurate, and that you are authorized to use the payment method you select.
Prices, currency, and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable sales tax in the United States, and GST, HST, PST, or QST in Canada, is calculated and shown before you pay. We may correct a price error before the order is accepted. A confirmed price will not be changed after acceptance.
Shipping to the United States and Canada
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier receives the shipment, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
If an order crosses the border between the United States and Canada, customs duties, brokerage, or import taxes may be charged by the destination country. Those charges are your responsibility unless checkout states that they are included.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card number. Your payment is also subject to the terms of the payment provider and the card network.
Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our return policy, which is part of these terms.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store. That includes trying to break or probe the site, interfering with other customers’ orders, scraping the site in a way that harms its operation, or posting content that is unlawful.
Intellectual property
The Bull and Ranch name, logo, product designs, photographs, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them for your own commercial purpose without our written permission. You may share links to our pages.
Disclaimer and liability
The store and products are provided with the care we describe in these terms and in the product pages. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, that results from using the store. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law where you live, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Our total liability for a claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, except where a United States state law or a Canadian provincial or federal law gives you a greater remedy.
Your rights as a consumer
If you live in the United States, you keep the non-waivable rights of the state where you live. If you live in Canada, you keep the non-waivable rights of your province or territory and of federal law, including rights under applicable consumer protection and sale-of-goods laws. Those rights prevail if they conflict with these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Bull and Ranch operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers in the United States and Canada may also bring a claim in the courts of the state, province, or territory where they live, where that law allows.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
